ONLINE STORES

Online stores that are built to sell.

We build new stores, rebuild old ones and move stores between platforms.

The problem

7 out of 10 shopping carts are never paid for.

That is the average across 50 studies collected by the Baymard Institute. Many of those people were only browsing. But the ones who meant to buy often leave for reasons a store can fix.

These are the most common ones.

  • 40%

leave because extra costs show up late: delivery, taxes, fees.

  • 18%

leave because the store forces them to create an account.

  • 17%

leave because the checkout is too long. The average one has 23 fields. 12 to 14 are enough.

  • 9%

leave because they can’t pay the way they want.

+8.4% more purchases when a store loads 0.1 seconds faster on a phone. That is what Deloitte and Google measured across retail brands in Europe and the US.

Not every store has these problems, and some of them are deliberate choices. An account can be worth more to you than a quick guest order. So we look at where your buyers leave, and decide with you what is worth changing.

Results

What we did for other stores.

New online store and Meta ads

back for every €1 of ads (ROAS 7.70)
€7.70
back per €1 in the best campaigns
€16+
ad cost per purchase
€3–5
The challenge
The client makes its products by hand and sells them online. It needed a new store, and a way to bring in buyers on a small ad budget.
What we did
We built the new store first, so visitors from ads land on pages made to sell. Then we set up Meta ads, tested different ads and audiences, and kept only what brought purchases at a good cost.
The result
The main campaign returned €7.70 for every €1 spent. We could have spent more, but the client could not make products any faster, so we kept the ads at a level they could deliver.

Online store rebuild

more visitors who buy (conversion rate)
+118%

61%
of sales made on phones, up from 41%
63%
The challenge
The store had plenty of visitors, but most left at the checkout. On phones it was slow and hard to use.
What we did
We rebuilt the product pages and the checkout for phones first, removed three steps before payment and added the payment methods buyers asked for.
The result
More than twice as many visitors now buy, and most sales come from phones.

Questions

Questions about online stores.

How much does an online store cost?+

A quick build starts at €1,900 and a custom build at €3,900. The final price depends on the number of products, the design, and what the store has to connect to. You get it in writing before we start.

What does a store cost each month after launch?+

On Shopify you pay the plan (from €27 a month), any paid apps and the card fees. On WooCommerce the software is free, and you pay for hosting, paid plugins and upkeep. On both, your payment provider takes a fee on each sale.

Shopify or WooCommerce?+

Shopify if you want to start fast and not think about servers. WooCommerce if you want full control, special features or no platform fees. On the call we tell you which one fits your store.

Does Shopify Payments work in Slovenia?+

Yes. Slovenia is on Shopify’s list of supported countries (checked in October 2026). With Shopify Payments you avoid Shopify’s extra fee on each sale.

Will I lose my Google rankings if I move my store?+

Nobody can promise that rankings stay the same. What protects them is redirecting every old address to its new one, and we do that. Google says a mid-sized site can take a few weeks or more to settle after a move.

Do I own the store?+

Yes. Accounts, code and data are in your name. A WooCommerce store runs on your own hosting. A Shopify store runs on Shopify, and you can export your products, customers and orders at any time.

Does my store have to be accessible to people with disabilities?+

In most cases, yes. The European Accessibility Act has applied to online stores since 28 June 2025. Businesses with fewer than 10 people and under €2 million in turnover are exempt.

Do you host and look after the store too?+

Yes, if you want. Then one team looks after both the store and the server it runs on.

Sometimes you just need someone who knows what they're doing.
